Important Updates for 2025-26
- The DC SUN Bucks Call Center is open. Contact us at (202) 888-4834,ÌýTTY/TDD: 711.
- Eligibility notices for automatically approved families were sentÌýin May 2025. If you haveÌýnot yet received an eligibility notice, you can check your eligibility below orÌýcall the DC SUN Bucks Call Center.
- DC SUN Bucks were issued to preapproved students on June 11, 2025 and will continue throughout the summer.
- Families that are not automatically eligibleÌýcan apply forÌýDC SUN Bucks beginning June 27,Ìý2025.
- $120 in benefits per eligible student will either be loaded onto families’ existing EBT cards or pre-loaded onto a new DC SUN Bucks cards that families can use to purchase groceries.
